Wedding Ceremony Service

AEC Entertainment can provide complete wedding ceremony service and reception services for that special day, including:

If you are planning on hiring musicians or have done so already definitely consider sound support. Why? Our experience has shown that a wedding ceremony greater than 50 people will require sound amplification so that all guests can enjoy in your wonderful experience. The sound support includes all the above, except for the Customized Wedding Ceremony Music.

Wedding Reception Services

AEC Entertainment will ensure that your wedding reception is planned perfectly with the personalization you deserve using our advanced wedding online planning system.

 

Most traditional wedding receptions follow a common format as follows:

Cocktail Hour - Here is where we play the cocktail music of your choice. Whether it's light Jazz, Classical, or even Chillout/Lounge music we can play whatever you wish!! You can be sure that the proper ambiance for your guests will be created.

Bridal Party Introductions - Your bridal party will be formally and professionally introduced by an MC. Bridal party introduction songs will be selected by you and I to fit perfectly with the mood and setting you want to create. Ask about how our MC can give this part of the reception a little twist

Toast and Announcements - This is where your guests will settle down and have their attention centered on any individuals making toasts or announcements. A high quality wireless microphone will always be available for anyone to speak.

Dinner Hour - We'll play a personalized and customized mix of reception music.

Transition Time - During this time your guests are almost finished eating, and they get a little less quiet. We will begin to transition the guests to a more upbeat mood by playing the necessary music to have them tapping their feet and dancing in their chairs.

First Dances - This is the special moment you have been waiting for. It is followed by the Father Daughter Dance, Mother Son Dance and most of the time a Bridal Party Dance. Alternatively, we can plan to do the Bride and Groom's first dance right after the bridal introductions, before dinner. Nothing else says romance more than having your first dance with the dance on a cloud effect.

*Note* - We do understand that some dances are sensitive to the Bride and/or Groom. We will be sure to capture this information during our planning process so that we can plan for alternatives.

Open Dancing - Here is where we open the dance floor for the entire crowd. With the customized playlist that you and your guests have helped create using our online music database system, we will ensure that our DJ and MC will provide the correct atmosphere and setting for your reception. The DJ will be in constant communication with the MC to ensure that music is being played at proper sound levels. Not to mention, your guests will be dazzled by our state-of-the art L.E.D. light show.

Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Tosses - We utilize these traditional wedding activities to allow your guests to catch a breather from dancing, or a drink at the bar!. Not feeling so traditional? There are plenty of alternatives to these activities that will have your guests in amazement. Remember, we are all about personalization!

Other Activities - Other common formalities include the Money Dance, Honeymoon Dance, Gift Giveaways, and Centerpiece Giveaways. These will be assisted and coordinated by the MC and we will customize the music for each activity with you to ensure the appropriate mood is set.
